The MPS 7503 continuous band sealer is built with a vacuum/gas flush system within the MPS 7000 series. These machines create modified atmosphere packages to lock in quality and extend shelf life. These bag sealers hermetically seal bags and pouches at speeds up to 800” per minute and can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading.
The heat sealing process can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. It can seal any heat sealable bag or pouch up to 12mil in thickness (or 6mil when gusseted).
